SLEEPERZ

A new build hotel on a very tight city centre location, the project consisted of the manufacture, supply and fit of External Curtain Walling, Doors, Windows and Roof lights.

We worked with specialist scissor lifts and a tower crane to lift each of the 200 kilo bespoke acoustic glazed units to the front of the building making the curtain wall system.

The rear of the building is situated adjacent to the mainline railway station and we had to liaise with Network Rail to gain access in installing thermally efficient pod encased windows, Roof lights and curtain walling.
